Freight On Board International Services specialise in all aspects of international logistics including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and local transport.
Established in 1990, Freight On Board International Services had a strong focus on customs clearance and since 1990 we have become an industry leader offering a total logistics service to companies to and from most countries around the globe.
All staff at Freight On Board International Services take great pride in everything we do and have the dedication, knowledge, operational skill set and drive to manage shipments for all customers.
Freight On Board have a thorough and well considered employee selection criteria. We aim to identify people who have a strong work ethic and a desire to better themselves through opportunity and effort. We identify people who want to work in a professional and friendly environment where they are valued and where their skill set enhances that of the Freight on Board team and compliments the needs of our clients.
Today more than ever it is critical that we work with our clients on many levels. We aim to understand their business and their industry and to understand their needs and expectations. This close relationship enables us to customise our services to provide the greatest benefit and outcomes for all of our clients, large or small.
We ensure that we keep up to date with industry news and developments. We keep our clients informed of any changes that will impact their business concerning freight rates and shipping trends as well as any legislative changes that may impact upon their importing, exporting or domestic responsibilities and obligations.
Over the past 30 years we have built up a network of overseas partners who have the same philosophy of delivering the highest level of customer service possible. This is essentially the backbone of our company being in a customer service field. We work very closely with our overseas partners to ensure that you as our customer are being looked after at all times and without these partnerships we would not be in the position we are today.
Our business constantly evolves to meet the challenges that are placed before us in the ever changing market place. Through a policy of continual self-improvement and training we are able to keep abreast of changes within customs and quarantine legislation, changes in international trade patterns and new technology. This enables Freight On Board to deliver service and advice of the highest calibre.
We are large enough to meet all of the complexities of your international transport and customs requirements yet small enough to provide you with truly personal service.

Since 2012 when we were approached by a close friend Mr Ian Jones to look at the possibility of hosting a Friedreich’s Ataxia (FA) Charity Golf Day we took this opportunity to invest our time and money into this wonderful idea with the intention to help as many sufferers of FA as possible.
With the support of so many wonderful people and companies we have raised AUD336,180 which has been donated in full to FA.
The money raised from the Friedreich’s Ataxia Charity Golf Day is utilised in the Friedreich’s Ataxia Clinic at Monash Medical Centre and by the FAAV for much needed items for the families affected by Friedreich’s Ataxia.
